Own end-to-end performance of MGT’s global delivery model, identifying gaps in quality, speed, and consistency, and driving measurable improvements across teams and partners.
Design, standardize, and continuously improve global operating processes to ensure scalability, clarity of ownership, and efficient execution across all regions and functions.
Lead coordination with global providers, enforcing SLAs, addressing performance gaps, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all partners.
Serve as the primary operational partner to Practice Groups (PGs), Operating Groups (OGs), and People & Culture (P&C), proactively managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks to provide clear visibility into global operations and inform decision-making at the executive level.
Track hiring activity, resource costs, and savings, ensuring global initiatives deliver against financial expectations and ROI targets.
Support and operationalize MGT’s global talent strategy, ensuring hiring, onboarding, and delivery models are aligned with business needs and scalable for growth.
Lead initiatives to improve execution, address systemic issues, and evolve the operating model, including process reengineering and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
Develop clear communications, training materials, and process documentation to support adoption and understanding of the global model across stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, including billing validation and audit processes to ensure accuracy and discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Ten (10) or more years of experience in global operations, finance, consulting, or related leadership role within a professional services, consulting, or global delivery environment.
Proven experience working with global delivery models (offshore, nearshore, or captive), including managing vendor and partner ecosystems.
Strong track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes and delivery models at scale.
Demonstrated ability to manage and hold vendors accountable, including SLA management, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Advanced analytical capability, with experience building dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks that drive measurable outcomes.
High proficiency in Excel (data modeling, analysis) and PowerPoint, with ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights.
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under ambiguity.
Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with ability to influence and align across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations.
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse teams.
Bias toward action – ability to move from analysis to execution and deliver results quickly and effectively.
Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives, including driving change, improving execution, and scaling operations.
Comfortable working across time zones and operating in a global, highly collaborative environment.
Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation, or process reengineering is a strong plus.
