About this role
Role Overview
Maintain a single integrated view of the highest-impact CRO transformation initiatives, with explicit linkages across Strategy, Process, Change, Enablement, and Tech.
Identify cross-initiative collisions (timing, shared populations, process overlap, system dependency) and drive integration plans to resolve them.
Ensure initiatives land as complete operating changes, not partial outputs.
Make dependencies explicit, owned, and time-bound, then drive the resolution path when they stall.
Convene the right leaders quickly, frame decisions crisply, and drive to closure rather than treating escalation as an end point.
Track decisions required as a first-class deliverable alongside status updates.
Drive alignment on what must happen first, what can run in parallel, and what must be deferred.
Protect the integrity of the GTM North Star by preventing local optimization that creates system breakage downstream.
Maintain a forward-looking view of portfolio risk: identify leading indicators early and coordinate mitigations before risks materialize.
Create the conditions for fast, high-quality decisions.
Institutionalize integration patterns (dependency mapping, decision logs, readiness check frameworks) that build lasting execution muscle across the portfolio.
Champion a crawl, walk, run philosophy helping the organization take meaningful early steps rather than waiting for the perfect solution.
Fewer late-stage surprises: escalations caused by hidden dependencies or poor sequencing go down significantly.
Faster decisions: the right people are at the table, the problem is framed clearly, and resolution happens.
Initiatives that land completely: process, enablement, comms, measurement, and system readiness come together.
A portfolio that coheres: the CRO transformation tells a unified story, not a collection of parallel workstreams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or similar; equivalent experience welcomed.
Significant years in strategic transformation, portfolio orchestration, program leadership, or operating model design in GTM or CRO-type environments.
Proven ability to work across geographies and functions in a global, matrixed organization.
Comfortable with portfolio and program tools, but uses them to support clarity, not as a substitute for it.
Consulting, GTM transformation, or complex service delivery experience preferred, SaaS, platforms, or complex tech environments a plus.
Operates as a senior thought partner to CRO leadership
Comfortable operating in a multi-year transformation context where the destination is clear but the path requires continuous recalibration.
Strategic synthesis: ability to see across a complex, multi-initiative portfolio and make the whole more coherent than the sum of its parts.
Executive communication: strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and craft board-level narratives.
Resolution leadership: moves the organization from stuck to decided, from misaligned to committed.
Collaboration and influence: proven ability to lead through influence, build trust, and drive alignment across functions and regions.
Change leadership: ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and foster a culture of adaptability.
Transformation instinct: able to read organizational signals, identify where the next strategic intervention is needed, and bring a recommendation forward.
