Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
Ability to effectively source and attract top IT talent using various channels
Experience conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
