You advise employees one-on-one on vehicles, charging technology, and the exclusive (tax) benefits of their employer’s mobility scheme. You guide them with empathy from the initial inquiry through to the delivery of their ideal car.
You use feedback from employee consultations to refine our sales pipelines and advisory tools for the German market. You identify what matters most to employees and design processes accordingly.
You support corporate-level acquisition meetings and implement our Salary Sacrifice programme.
As Octopus Electric Vehicles grows, you will become a mentor for new team members. You will share your understanding of corporate employees' needs and help prepare our B2C teams for scaling.
You manage your pipeline in the CRM, deliver inspiring (virtual) employee presentations, and represent us at launch events on-site at our corporate clients' locations.
Requirements
Sales experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in both B2C and B2B settings.
Consultative DNA: You enjoy making complex topics (such as salary sacrifice, taxation, and vehicle range) easy to understand and attractive to non-experts. You are an excellent listener and a natural closer with strong intuition.
Startup mindset: You thrive in a dynamic environment. Being "hands-on" means being able to improvise when necessary to find the best solution for an employee.
Service excellence: You understand that you are not just selling a car, but managing an exclusive employee benefit. High-quality service and trust are your top priorities.
Passion for sustainability: You are enthusiastic about e-mobility and can authentically convey this enthusiasm to others.
Languages: Native-level German is mandatory (you will communicate directly with German employees); very good English skills for collaborating with our London team are a major plus.
