Role Overview
- Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants
- Setting clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitoring progress
- Managing your own recruitment processes to hit personal billing targets
- Analysing recruitment metrics and team performance data
- Building, managing and leveraging relationships with clients and candidates
- Working with the L&D team to develop and deliver workshops
- Managing recruitment processes: Coordinating the efforts of the team
- Presenting suitable candidates to clients for review
- Arranging and coordinating interview processes
- Preparing candidates for interviews to ensure they perform optimally
- Managing the offer process, negotiating salary and terms
- Acting as a market expert, providing insights and advice.
Requirements
- Proven success in a previous Managing Consultant position
- Evidence of success in business development and new client acquisition within the Life Sciences sector
- Significant experience in sourcing and recruiting for vacancies within Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices businesses.
