Prepare and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports to senior management, regional offices (Canada, Mexico, Brazil), and Tokyo HO
Lead or support initiatives and projects, partnering closely with Tokyo HO, GCIB/JCIB front teams, and other stakeholders to align with HO strategies and policies while improving operational efficiency and accuracy
Lead or assist in Nostro account management and related implementation activities
Respond to inquiries from Tokyo HO and other regions, including complex or irregular cases
Track and report initiative and project progress, proactively escalating risks and issues
Support project planning activities, including resource estimation, work breakdown structures, and scheduling
Prepare and maintain executive‑level reports and presentation materials for complex initiatives and projects
Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize work and achieve team objectives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
1.5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power BI Desktop, Visio, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross‑cultural environment
Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to contribute effectively to team‑oriented projects and initiatives
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Deadline‑driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Japanese language proficiency is a plus
