Interview Coordination: Manage interviews end-to-end, from scheduling to communication, making sure every stage flows smoothly and candidates move through the process with speed and clarity.
Assessment & Scorecarding: Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent, fair, and high-quality assessments.
Offer Management & Closing: Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations professionally, and maintain strong close rates by building trust and communicating with precision.
Onboarding Ownership: Lead new hires from Day 1, ensuring expectations are clear, resources are ready, and every new team member is set up for early success.
Candidate Experience & Communication: Maintain detailed notes, track every candidate touchpoint, and uphold a standard of communication that leaves candidates feeling respected and well-informed.
System Building & Process Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring systems, interview structures, onboarding workflows, and reporting processes to continuously improve speed and hiring quality.
Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and pipeline health.
Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability so the company remains competitive and attracts the right people.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and the Managing Director to understand role needs, refine job posts, and ensure each hire supports the company’s long-term growth plans.
Requirements
Experienced Recruiter: You bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and have hired across multiple functions. You know what great talent looks like and how to attract it.
(Strong Preference) Online Marketing / Education Experience: You’ve worked in fast-moving online businesses
ideally in marketing, coaching, or education, and understand the pace, talent profiles, and standards required to hire effectively in this environment.
Technically Equipped: You’re comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and work confidently inside ATS systems like Workable, and are familiar with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews.
Fluent Communicator: You speak and write with clarity, professionalism, and confidence, and you represent the company with a polished, candidate-friendly presence.
Process-Driven & Organized: You keep pipelines clean, notes detailed, scorecards consistent, and candidates moving with speed and precision.
Independent Operator: You don’t need hand-holding. You take full ownership of the talent acquisition function and consistently raise the bar without being followed up on.
Coachable & Growth-Oriented: You respond well to feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes, and overall hiring performance.
