Support in 360° recruiting for sales positions: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the process, up to hiring and contract processing.
Independent active sourcing for various sales roles – including using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and social media.
Conduct initial interviews (screening calls) and guide candidates through the entire application process.
Participate in hiring weeklies, collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders, including pipeline updates and status reports.
Contribute to and optimize our recruiting processes, candidate experience and sourcing strategies.
Support HR projects, talent marketing initiatives and employer branding (optional).
Requirements
Initial experience in recruiting, sales, HR, or a comparable role is a plus.
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and have a good understanding of people and communication.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
High willingness to learn, interest in talent acquisition and a desire to not only get to know recruiting but to truly understand it.
