Sales & acquisition responsibility: Telephone and digital outreach to HCPs (healthcare professionals) — especially general practitioners and orthopedists, medical care centers (MVZs), and, where applicable, other specialist groups — from initial contact to the closing call
Conduct online trainings, presentations and information sessions about our products (focus: DiGA — digital health applications)
Present the benefits of our digital therapies for patient care and everyday practice operations
Support & relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and their teams
Responsibility for assigned practices across the entire sales funnel — from first contact to the successful implementation of our digital therapies in routine practice (measurable with defined KPIs)
Independently decide on and implement required measures to achieve targets
Support the field team: initial outreach and appointment scheduling for field service
Follow-up calls after field service visits
Support the field service with organizational tasks
Documentation & reporting: systematic, complete documentation of all sales activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Requirements
Some professional experience in inside sales, ideally in healthcare (pharma, MedTech, e‑health, DiGA)
Motivated career changers with a strong sales affinity are also welcome
Empathetic and professional manner when interacting with HCPs
High self-motivation, perseverance and resilience
Strong affinity for telephone sales and proactive outreach
Willingness to make a high volume of phone calls daily
Independent and structured working style
Confident use of digital tools (especially CRM systems such as Pipedrive)
Business‑fluent German (spoken and written)
Experience with digital health applications (DiGA) desirable
Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks in healthcare desirable
Basic technical understanding of digital products desirable
