Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations, including talent acquisition and payroll
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Fluency in German and English is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
