Coordinating, planning, and tracking subcontracted work to ensure schedule adherence, quality, and cost
Daily engagement in Plan of the Day (POD) meetings to align subcontractor activities with overall production priorities
Primary interface between subcontractors and internal departments, proactively removing roadblocks that cause delays to subcontractor activities
Developing and reviewing Statement of Work (SOWs)
Building and maintaining progress plans

10 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field
8 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree (a combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
Program and/or Project management, planning/engineering experience
Has intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft tools
Understanding of earned value
Experience in understanding contractual documentation, purchase specifications, configuration management, metrics analysis, budgeting
Ability to multi-task
Good communication and analytical skills
Skilled in the development of worksheets, charts, graphs, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
Experience and ability to interact with all levels of management across the value stream, as well as external customers is preferred
