Lead go-to-market with most strategic partner relationships in Workday Wellness
Establish trust and demo capabilities of the new platform
Provide deep expertise and explain value of the platform
Support onboarding and successful integration with Workday Wellness APIs
Communicate at all levels at partners and be a strong advocate for Wellness partners within Workday
Take ownership and accountability, move with speed and deliver results on behalf of the partner
Requirements
4+ years in software as a service companies
2+ years of experience in presales, or value management, either with partners or customers
Demonstrated understanding of how APIs function as the connective tissue between software platforms
Experience in US healthcare, financial services or insurance markets
Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact
Ability to frame, structure and execute large and complex partner deals
Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes
Ability to influence senior leaders and executives
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Graduate or undergraduate degree, or equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering is preferred
