About this role
Role Overview
Identify, qualify, and acquire large, strategically aligned partners through outbound prospecting.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline, converting leads into engaged customers efficiently.
Research target organisations and connect with key decision-makers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth partner transitions and long-term growth.
Maintain accurate records and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and inform future outreach.
Handle multiple high-volume activities while keeping communication clear and proactive.
Lead partner handoff by following implementation guidelines and coordinating with onboarding teams.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales & Partnerships.
Requirements
5–10 years of Business Development experience, including work with C-level executives and sophisticated partnerships
3+ years of media or marketing agency sales experience (desirable)
Strong background in high-target, fast-paced commercial environments
Proven experience using Salesforce extensively
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Experience in eCommerce or print industry (desirable)
Customer-facing and client engagement experience
