Own and update corporate communication website and LI (content creation & publishing).
Contribute to refining and strengthening Nextensa’s image and reputation in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Write and coordinate press releases
Coordinate internal and external communication (e.g. presentations, print advertising)
Coordinate and deliver the annual report
Lead project-related communication (e.g. permits, local stakeholders)
Manage partnerships and sponsorships
Coordination corporate and B2B events
Create and coordinate marketing materials
Manage and update website content
Plan and publish social media content
Coordinate & execute campaigns and media planning
Monitor results and support lead generation
Taking ownership of administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

5-10 years of experience in marketing and/or communication
A degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
Experience in corporate communication is a must, experience in real estate sector is a plus
Strong writing and content skills
Hands-on and able to manage projects independently
Well-organized and able to handle multiple priorities
Critical and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Dutch/French/English)
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, analytics, email mkt)
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator)
