About this role
Role Overview
- Lead business analysis activities for large and/or complex ServiceNow enhancements & large initiatives to be implemented on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain functional requirements, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, constraints, risks, and supporting deliverables for ServiceNow Platform demands.
- Serve as a trusted partner to ServiceNow engineers, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Support demand intake activities by ensuring requests are sufficiently defined, feasible, and aligned to business objectives.
- Consult on development of test strategies and plans to ensure requirements are testable and traceable through all testing phases.
Requirements
- Experience serving as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation.
- Experience supporting IT Delivery using Agile, iterative, or waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience using modeling techniques such as process flows, use cases, or context diagrams.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
