- You support the creation and publication of job postings
- You screen application documents and are responsible for the pre-selection of suitable candidates
- You handle communication and appointment scheduling with our applicants
- You maintain our applicant tracking system Oracle
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related degree program
- You have a strong interest in human resources, particularly Recruiting & Employer Branding
- A structured, reliable, and proactive work style is one of your strengths
- Your communication skills and enjoyment of working with people set you apart
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken
