Provide professional support, design and management of individual and collective operational HR matters in close cooperation with the managers of the area of responsibility
Independently handle operational HR tasks in day-to-day business while taking into account employee participation/works council requirements
Ensure compliance with local HR processes in line with the HR strategy and by using the prescribed HR tools
Support workforce planning processes and manage staffing needs, recruitment and development measures
Act as a link between the operational business units and central HR functions
Independently provide conceptual support to managers during organizational changes while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Lead and contribute to projects with a transnational focus within the HR function
Requirements
University degree, preferably with a focus on human resources/HR or equivalent, plus relevant professional qualifications
Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in operational HR or experience as an HR Business Partner
Sound knowledge of labor/employment law and experience working with managers and the works council
Several years of experience in personnel development and aspects of change management
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in project management are desirable
Confident use of relevant HR & IT tools (preferably Workday, SAP, Google) for the administrative handling of all relevant HR matters
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication and advisory skills
Flexibility, quick comprehension, sense of responsibility and resilience
High social competence, values-driven behavior, empathy and enjoyment of working in a team
Willingness to travel to our main site in Donauwörth and, if required, to other Airbus Helicopters sites in northern Germany
German and English: business fluent, spoken and written
