Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, partners, and customers.
Educate stakeholders on DLT’s core value services, offerings, and market differentiators.
Participate in client‑facing sales and marketing activities to promote partner technologies.
Conduct outreach to potential prospects and identify new opportunities through research and lead generation.
Manage a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely documentation of activity.
Create and maintain monthly sales reports, including Sales Plays, pipeline updates, and business impact summaries.
Track all opportunities in the CRM and ensure documentation—including quotes, agreements, and credit terms—is accurate and up to date.
Execute internal and joint business plans aligned with client and partner objectives.
Leverage the OCTO team (market executives and technologists) to drive solution adoption and customer success.
Support retention through proactive customer success activities, relationship nurturing, and value reinforcement.
Serve as a reliable resource for assigned accounts by managing escalations and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience.
2–4 years of experience in: Sales
Customer service
Business operations
Team leadership
1–2 years experience with public-sector procurement processes (highly preferred).
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales activity goals and performance metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability.
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
