Configure our internal defined benefits (DB) pension software solution
Analyze and resolve common issues our clients experience following implementation
Act as the link between the client and the project team in terms of pension plan calculations
Write specifications according to the needs and requests of the clients regarding new developments of the software
Ensure the proper integration of the software with other software that will be implemented for the client
Develop a specific testing strategy for the software configuration and new developments
Participate in the review of test scenarios with the selection criteria required by the plan
Provide support to the quality assurance team
Collaborate in the development of the software by providing suggestions for improvement

University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or finance
8+ years’ experience in the DB pension space
2+ years' experience in DB pension implementation, system configuration and quality assurance testing
Mastering of complex DB pension plans calculations
Ability to understand and use current computer technologies including an advanced knowledge of Excel software
Recognized for analytical and summarizing skills, sense of organization and flexibility in managing multiple projects
Excellent initiative and problem solving skills
Ability to establish priorities, delegate properly and meet timelines
Available to travel occasionally (Canada, US)
