About this role
Role Overview
Drive growth through developing, activating, and managing the dealer network within an assigned region
Recruit and onboard new dealers in priority markets
Act as the main liaison for assigned dealers, maintaining consistent communication and in-market presence
Evaluate dealer performance and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
Own dealer performance across the region, including sales, retail success, and customer experience
Guide dealers on selling and positioning EV products
Deliver regional wholesale and retail targets across vehicles and aftermarket products
Create and execute territory and dealer-level plans to drive volume and brand awareness
Identify and develop opportunities with fleet and commercial customers
Promote adoption of Taiga's approach to EV sales and product positioning
Use data and reporting to monitor performance, track opportunities, and guide decisions
Requirements
5+ years in sales, dealer-facing roles, or business development
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role
Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally international
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, or EV sectors (preferred)
Background in dealer network growth or distribution models (preferred)
Exposure to fleet, government, or commercial sales environments (preferred)
Degree in business or a related field (preferred)
Benefits
