Senior Partnership Representative – Human Resources, Healthcare

Role Overview

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partnerships across HR technology, benefits administration, and healthcare
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners aligned with HR and Healthcare product strategies
• Support partner driven revenue generation through licensing and co-selling motions
• Track partner performance against KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, partnerships, account management, or business development
• Experience selling data, information services, SaaS, or content driven solutions
• Prior exposure to HR tech, Labor & Employment solutions, Benefits administration, or workforce platforms
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance driven environments
