Contribute to the setting of the commercial direction of S&P Ratings and drive revenue growth across the APAC region through both new and existing client relationships
Lead and manage a team of approximately 50 sales associates, providing coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance
Serve as primary business interface with external market participants to deepen client relationships
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans that ensure financial goals are met
Drive pricing strategy for the region and establish policies for quality customer service
Partner with senior executive teams to provide commercial perspective on regional operations

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
15+ years of extensive consultative selling experience in financial services
Must have analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving revenue targets
Deep understanding of capital markets, credit rating processes, and financial instruments
Mastery of managing complex client relationships, engaging with senior executives
Senior management experience leading large, geographically distributed sales teams
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Standard Chinese is an advantage
