Role Overview
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own requisitions end-to-end, from intake to offer close, across G&A and GTM functions
- Sourcing: Build and nurture pipelines using outbound tactics, networks, and creative strategies
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Be a trusted advisor, guiding intakes and influencing candidate evaluation
- Funnel Ownership: Track and improve interview velocity and pass-through rates
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless end-to-end experience coordinating interviews
- Collaboration with Talent Attractors: Ensure top-of-funnel pipelines are healthy and targeted
- AI-Driven Recruiting: Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
- Data & Reporting: Own weekly reporting on funnel health and turn data into insights
- Experimentation: Test new interview structures and share learnings with the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running multiple concurrent searches in high-growth environments
- Proven recruiter with agency and in-house experience is a plus
- Instinctively data-driven, using funnel metrics to track and guide decisions
- Clear and confident communicator, acting as a trusted advisor
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Obsessed with creating an exceptional candidate experience and moving with speed and precision.
