Monitor subcontractor progress, review variations, delay claims, and payment claims in coordination with the Construction team
Provide commercial and contractual support, ensuring compliance with engagement terms, bonds, insurances, and SOPA requirements
Manage contract administration systems, including registers for variations, delays, EOT claims, and risks
Draft and review contractual correspondence, EOT notices, and variation documentation; assist in dispute resolution processes
Support upstream program monitoring, contract negotiations, and provide advice to Legal and Procurement teams on contract management
Requirements
3+ years of Contract Administration experience in civil and electrical works, with experience working on large EPC projects
An understanding of wind energy and power infrastructure
Degree qualified in a relevant area (engineering, law, finance)
Strong contractual and commercial experience within the construction industry (civil/infrastructure, renewable energy, oil & gas), ideally in EPC/EPCM project environments.
Knowledge of Construction and Contract Law, with experience in contract negotiation and administration.
Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and platforms like Procore is advantageous.
