Role Overview
Enhance Sales & Customer Awareness
Deliver product training across Verticals, KCM, CSP, and Direct Sales teams
Communicate product updates, enhancements, and new features to the sales community
Provide targeted support to key verticals, customer segments, and strategic trade lanes to drive growth
Drive pipeline growth aligned with regional and area targets, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions with stakeholders
Collaborate with product and sales teams to shorten sales cycles and improve conversion
Maintain a high-quality pipeline and continuously improve win, retention, and conversion ratios
Analyse lost opportunities to strengthen sales effectiveness and product competitiveness
Support onboarding in coordination with LCL stakeholders
Act as first escalation point to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
Strong product knowledge and relevant experience in LCL and CRM (Cargo Risk Management) business
Solid understanding of the global supply chain industry
Strategic and visionary mindset with a focus on growth
Strong data-driven analytical skills and a Customer-centric approach
Ambitious, results-oriented, and confident in driving change
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Local language is required (one among Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Latvian according to the country)
