Responsible for leading Mondelēz’s national business with the managed service partners.
Focus on delivering profitable case growth, strengthening distribution, and expanding Mondelēz presence.
Lead national strategy, business planning, contract negotiation, trade investment management, and development of marketing programs.
Collaborate with distributor category management, culinary teams, and national accounts leaders.
Partner with field sales and broker teams for execution and resolve distribution gaps.
Use business intelligence to identify distribution gaps and prioritize opportunities.
Drive case growth and improve distribution.
Lead negotiation and renewal of national agreements with Managed Services partners.
Manage all trade investment and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum five years of experience in Away From Home Managed Services/GPOs.
Preferred experience in healthcare or education channel.
Strong understanding of pricing models and operator selling dynamics.
Demonstrated success leading contract negotiations, managing trade investment, and building marketing programs that deliver a triple win.
Advanced analytical, financial, and negotiation capabilities.
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, finance, supply chain, marketing, and culinary teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and large national customers simultaneously.
Travel requirements: 25-35% travel required (distributor HQ, regional divisions, business planning sessions, industry events).
