You manage our E‑commerce clients and serve as their primary point of contact
You work with internal teams to further develop customer relationships and identify cross‑ and up‑selling opportunities
You prepare proposals and contracts and follow them through to a successful close
You provide proactive advice on our new E‑commerce products, payment plugins and online shop payment modules
You actively contribute to the development of our E‑commerce sales processes
You monitor market trends in E‑commerce and actively share your insights

You love communicating — whether face‑to‑face, by phone or in writing
You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers
You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements
You show initiative, negotiation skills and creativity — also in complex situations
Ideally, you already have experience in the financial services sector
You are business‑fluent in German and have very good English
