Accurately input and update patient data across registration systems and PDF forms
Manage virtual waiting rooms, including sending video links and monitoring attendance
Coordinate patient flow in real-time across multiple platforms during consultations
Respond to patient inquiries via text and email; make occasional outbound calls if needed
Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient information to prevent processing delays
Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operations
Requirements
Experience in data entry, admin support, or healthcare-related roles
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive patient data
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, PDF forms, and basic computer tasks
Clear and professional written communication skills (English)
Reliable, responsive, and highly organized during working hours
Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
HIPAA training and compliance required
Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
Must have relevant work experience
Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
