About this role
Role Overview
Lead regional efforts to build on culture and reputation to augment and improve the employee experience for our teammates.
Strategize with regional leadership (client group) to understand our growth strategy and support human capital initiatives to support that effort.
Deploy core HR programs from National HR Team leadership.
Build strategic Human Capital Staffing plan that aligns with the regional growth strategy.
Contributes to and implements established HR strategy for the region.
Partners with local leadership and corporate People and Culture teams to drive processes and practices that attract, select, develop and retain highly qualified employees.
Serves as a trusted advisor, sounding board and liaison between the region and PAC to ensure corporate services and best practices are aligned with regional needs.
Serves as the initial point of contact for employees and leaders on HR-related issues and works with PAC team when escalation is necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, required; preferably in Human Resource management or related field
5+ years’ of strategic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, preferred; 3+ years’ required
Experience with Workday software system, highly preferred
Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP), preferred
