Manage and grow social media: You plan, create, and publish posts on our channels (Meta, LinkedIn) — with a strong sense for topics, formats, and timing.
Design and implement lead magnets: You develop assets such as checklists, whitepapers, and webinar concepts that appeal to our target audience and generate qualified leads.
Build email funnels: You create and maintain automated email sequences in Brevo — from welcome flows to re-engagement campaigns.
Create newsletters: You write regular newsletters for customers and prospects that inform, build trust, and showcase our software.
Build landing pages: You design and produce landing pages for promotions, campaigns, and lead magnets — with clear structure and persuasive copy.
Prepare webinars: You develop concepts and slide decks for webinars that demonstrate our expertise and generate leads.
Run and optimize ads: You set up campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, track results, and continuously optimize them.
Analyze results: You monitor key metrics (leads, conversion rates, cost per lead) and present them in a clear, understandable way.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment — gained in an agency, in-house, or as a freelancer.
Strong experience in content creation: You have independently managed channels (Meta, LinkedIn) and know from experience which content performs on which platform — and which doesn’t.
Strong storytelling skills: You can explain a software product so clearly that a CEO of a 20-person company understands within three sentences why it makes their daily work easier — whether in a social post, landing page, or email.
Good knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ideally Google Ads) — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should master the fundamentals.
Experience with email marketing tools and building automated email sequences.
Structured, independent working style: You can prioritize, self-organize, and deliver results.
Confident use of AI tools in daily work (text generation, research, analysis).
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
