Technical Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls that are needed to Implement a Client
Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network Offer Manager and Customer Service programs
Pre-Launch Support: Assist with Onboarding tasks related to new retailer or partner implementations and support development teams working on APIs
Post-Launch Support: Assist with managing first-level support to customer by monitoring support request to identify any recurring issues and recommending product changes.
Participate in Customer Success team’s review meetings to discuss issues or problems
Provide technical guidance to retailers & partners, work to resolve technical issues for the customer efficiently and effectively
Requirements
1-3 years related work experience preferably in systems development or support; any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required
Experience interacting with customers in a technical capacity required
Experienced with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) required
Familiarity with the grocery retail industry
Proficient with Google Suite
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially excel and word)
