Budget Management: Full control of the budget, negotiate with vendors (booth builders, promotional items, catering, platforms) and continuously pursue cost and ROI optimization.
Digital and Hybrid Events: Plan and coordinate logistics for webinars and live streams, ensuring technical quality and audience engagement.
Stakeholder Management: Directly interface with business verticals, the sales team and strategic partners to align expectations and goals for each initiative.
Measurement of Results: Analyze event KPIs such as cost per lead generated, brand reach and impact on the sales funnel.
