Role Overview
Plan, create, and review content for various channels: blog and website; rich assets (e-books, guides, etc.); newsletters and email marketing; social media; video scripts.
Ensure consistency of communication and alignment with the brand voice.
Support the creation and management of the content calendar.
Develop content focused on lead generation and lead nurturing.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns: Google Ads; Social Ads (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (content and media).
Recommend continuous improvements based on data and results.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align strategies.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing
Experience working in-house
Strong proficiency in creating content for different formats and channels
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Social Ads)
Strong writing skills and command of the Portuguese language
