Own and manage a defined portfolio of strategic Sea-Bird channel partners across EMEA and Canada
Influence the behavior of these key channel partners to achieve revenue growth targets
Proactively identify new growth opportunities within the assigned geography
Actively manage channel opportunity funnels and provide support in closing strategic opportunities
Provide product and applications training and support to channel partners and customers
Act as the voice of the distributor with Sea-Bird and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve the customer and channel partner experience
Maintain clear, proactive and professional communication with channels and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s in science and/or engineering preferred
5-10 years of experience in a technical B2B sales environment with meaningful exposure to channel or distributor-led models
Experience managing complex relationships across geographies and cultures
Proven track record of professional selling and opportunity development skills
Product and applications acumen with oceanographic background preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
