Maintain a strong field presence, spending 50% or more of time in market engaging communities, supporting sales activation, and strengthening property relationships
Influence go-to-market strategies tied to greenfield and brownfield builds, Open for Sale timelines, and community launch readiness
Own revenue growth and performance across a large, multi-state portfolio of residential communities, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive consistent results
Utilize CRM platforms and performance dashboards to track penetration, revenue growth, and portfolio performance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or property-level revenue growth
Demonstrated success driving penetration and achieving revenue targets across a defined territory or portfolio
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence property-level decision makers
Experience working directly in the field with indirect sales teams, vendors, or channel partners
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Comfortable spending significant time in the field (50%+ travel within the assigned region) supporting property engagement and sales execution
