Define where inorganic growth should play to support the long‑term segment strategy.
Lead development and continuous refinement of the Electrification inorganic growth gameboard.
Identify strategic gaps and opportunities across product and technology capabilities, geographic coverage, and vertical integration.
Build a differentiated, proactive pipeline of potential targets and partners.
Ensure only strategically compelling opportunities advance into formal M&A processes.
Validate and refine strategic fit, adjacency logic, and long‑term relevance of targets during due diligence.
Ensure a seamless transition from strategy to execution.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Extensive experience in strategy, business development, M&A, or related leadership roles (equivalent to ~15+ years of experience).
Proven track record in proactive, thesis‑driven M&A or partnership development.
Deep industry experience in Electrification, Electrical Power Grids, and electro‑intensive industries.
Experience operating in complex, matrixed global organizations.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable inorganic priorities.
Financial and commercial acumen sufficient to shape early-stage value theses.
