Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and professional roles across multiple functions without a full ATS system utilizing Linkedin Recruiter license and ADP Workforce Now HRIS for applications.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define staffing needs/ clarify job requirements
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent, particularly within manufacturing environments
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong candidate pipelines
Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams
Coordinate and schedule remote and onsite interviews based on leader availability
Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system
Requirements
7+ yrs proven experience as a contract or agency recruiter in manufacturing of medical devices.
Manufacturing industry recruiting experience required
Experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred
Demonstrated success recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles
Experience supporting multi-site hiring across the U.S.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, consistent updates
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
