Requirements
2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
