Collaborating and working side by side with hiring managers to attract, hire and retain quality employees.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements.
Using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
Actively engaging in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations related to clinical positions.
Sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening candidates for various positions.
Assessing candidates to determine if their capabilities match job requirements.
Preparing and extending new hire offers and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and/or experience.
At least five or more years of experience in clinical recruiting.
Experience with Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, or other in demand clinical roles strongly preferred.
Must have valid transportation and adhere to company’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
