Qualitative Research Recruiter

Role Overview

• Actively participate in project briefings, ensuring full understanding of project requirements
• Recruit respondents based on specific screening criteria provided by project team
• Telephone screen respondents to assess and validate participant eligibility
• Schedule confirmed participants and manage updates to systems accordingly
• Provide regular updates to project managers on recruitment status
• Flag recruitment challenges or data quality concerns to project manager

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, fieldwork, or a related role
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or panel management tools is an advantage
