Covert Loss Prevention Associate

Role Overview

• Conduct covert, plain‑clothes surveillance in high‑risk stores
• Maintain personal and team safety
• Accurately document offender behaviour
• Communicate real‑time intelligence to Police and ORC teams
• Assist in developing local intelligence packages

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations.
• Strong understanding of retail theft and organised crime behaviours.
• Valid Australian Security Licence (or ability to obtain and maintain);
• Familiarity with LP systems (e.g. Auror, Resolver, CCTV) and Microsoft Office.
• High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently.
