Manage content strategy across the creator program, including feedback loops, performance optimization, hooks, and overall content direction.
Oversee workflow across sourcing, onboarding, and activation of creators.
Lead and oversee a team of 6 junior marketing specialists and interns, ensuring alignment with program goals and consistent execution.
Build effective systems to help the creator program scale in a structured way.
Identify bottlenecks in the process and continuously improve workflows over time.
Directly manage a portfolio of creators across different markets.
Guide creators on content direction, hooks, formats, and execution quality.
Track creator performance closely and identify what is working and what is not.
Support underperforming creators with clear feedback and improvement direction, and make replacement decisions when needed.
Ensure consistent content output and stronger performance across the creator base.
Work closely with content templates, examples, and performance data to improve output quality.
Help shape content strategy based on platform performance, audience response, and conversion signals.
Spot winning patterns, double down on successful content directions, and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Contribute to scaling Cathoven's creator led growth engine across channels and geographies.
Operate with a high level of ownership in one of the company's strongest revenue driving projects.
Stay hands on and execution focused while balancing strategy, creator management, and operational improvement.
Work effectively under pressure and maintain momentum in a fast changing environment.
Requirements
At least 5 years of solid hands-on experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, creator operations, growth, or a closely related area, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proven experience directly managing creators, not only coordinating with them or acting as a liaison.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, evaluate available options, and identify the best solutions to support the team's needs and workflows.
Experience owning a creator or influencer program, campaign, or workflow with visible responsibility for outcomes.
Strong understanding of short-form content (instagram, tiktok, youtube), creator performance drivers, and how to improve content quality over time.
Ability to use performance data and practical judgment to make decisions quickly.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and changing priorities.
