Implement local marketing strategies and product launches in collaboration with the EMEA teams
Manage pricing, value propositions and sales forecasts to meet targets
Monitor the market and proactively identify customer needs, competitors and trends
Create and adapt marketing materials for the local market
Organize events, workshops and trainings to increase brand visibility
Maintain relationships with KOLs, scientific societies and partners
Support the sales team with tools, training and resources for successful product launches
Monitor product performance, analyze feedback and propose optimizations
Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements and local regulations
Regularly report on launch progress, market trends and growth opportunities

More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare or MedTech sector, e.g., in marketing, sales or product launches
Experience in product launches and go-to-market activities, ideally involving distributors, tenders and cross-functional teams
Good understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement and market dynamics (particularly in Germany and EMEA)
Analytical and market-oriented thinking – use data and insights to make informed decisions
Strong communication skills and close collaboration with Sales, Clinical and Marketing teams
Fluent German and English
