You'll provide full secretarial and administrative support and play a crucial part in organising their activities to enable them to maximise their contribution to the Group.
Develop and maintain a knowledge of the business to support business understanding and ensure support is as effective as possible.
Diary management – coordinate diaries for optimum time effectiveness, planning and prioritising against fast-paced schedules.
Effective management of incoming queries – using initiative and judgement to determine priorities and actions.
Undertake wide range of support activities, including such tasks as expenses, system approvals, Workday tasks, holiday tracking, resolving IT issues, Recruitment processes.
Arranging travel requirements – adjusting travel where needed and reviewing team travel reports to ensure adherence to policy and budget.
Assist in organising internal and external meetings.
Be able to be flexible and shift approach to a range of different leadership styles and business processes.
