Ensure that all process
and operations-related matters are implemented on time and to the highest quality.
Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and assume subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
Further expand and continuously develop process management.
Capture, document, analyze, and optimize processes.
Redesign processes or further develop existing workflows.

Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on logistics.
Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations, and automation solutions.
Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
Process-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a confident presence as a consultant and team player.
Business-fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
