Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with above-average academic results (HR, Psychology, Management etc.)
- 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)
- International experience through studies abroad or internships abroad
- Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset
- Interest in project management and HR IT tools
- Strong motivation, curiosity, and a drive for continuous development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
