You develop and implement a scalable performance marketing strategy that ensures sustainable and profitable growth across the entire Vitasauri portfolio.
You manage and optimize all relevant performance channels holistically across the funnel — from demand generation to qualified leads — with a focus on Paid Search (SEA) and Paid Social.
You establish a clear test-and-learn approach and continuously improve creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
You ensure clean tracking, robust attribution, and transparent performance reporting, providing a reliable decision-making basis for management.
You are responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and the dynamic allocation of spend based on CPA, ROAS, and incremental revenue potential.
You identify new growth opportunities and systematically test additional channels, audiences, and scaling levers to continually evolve the paid strategy.
You work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Creative, Product, Data) to ensure holistic integration of all growth initiatives along the customer journey.
You develop structures, processes, and best practices in performance marketing and lay the groundwork for building a performance team in the future.
Requirements
At least 6 years of practical experience in performance marketing with strong hands-on expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and conversion optimization.
Proven responsibility for significant marketing budgets and measurable success in improving CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Very strong analytical skills paired with a hands-on mentality.
Very good technical understanding across the entire performance stack (marketing platforms, tracking), CRO, CRM/automation.
You understand the concerns of families — and can bring that perspective into your work.
You are self-organized, empathetic, and motivated to advance a growing project with a real mission.
Confident demeanor and persuasive communication skills.
Very good German skills (at least C1).
