Requirements
- Some initial relevant experience in performance marketing, content creation, creative strategy, e‑commerce or an agency environment (internships explicitly count)
- Performance mindset
- Storytelling & copywriting skills
- Analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent German & English, both written and spoken
- Nice to have: on-camera experience, experience with UGC ads, creator marketing or AI tools
