Lead a technical team or be a senior individual contributor responsible for product development cycle
Collaborate with business owners and cross-functional stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
Develop integrated digital, data, technical, and operating plan
Define front-to-back stack for Digital product portfolio
Provide technical oversight and guidance across multiple projects
Develop new or enhance existing applications using AIG’s proprietary Angular framework and Spring boot-based RESTful APIs
Write and maintain high-quality, reusable code
Create robust unit tests
Manage third-party vendor resources and AIG employees as a unified team
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience in technology roles
10+ years of experience in Product / Application Development, with end-to-end product leadership
Proficient in front-end development, with experience using Angular or similar frameworks
Proficient in developing solutions within a microservices architecture using Spring Boot or similar technologies
Hands-on experience writing services that interact with relational and NoSQL databases
Proficient at working with cloud-native technologies such as, AWS Lambda, and API Gateways
Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices
Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and various security protocols
