Collaborate with the internal customer team to provide support for presales meetings and clinical product demonstrations.
Transition the account in professional and customer-centric manner for product implementation activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders across all departments.
Provide ongoing customer support for product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
Provide comprehensive product training for all phases of the sales cycle.
Utilize ICU Medical approved education materials and manuals.
Maintain broad clinical knowledge of ICU Medical Vascular Access portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Current professional RN licensure preferred.
Minimum of three years’ experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Critical care experience preferred.
Vascular Access experience is highly desirable.
Position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform the essential function of your role at customer locations.
